Ron Fogarty out as Princeton head coach
Ron Fogarty is out as Princeton head coach. Princeton AD John Mack made a change in leadership on Monday morning.
The Tigers went 10-16-4 this season and lost to Harvard in the first round of the ECAC playoffs last week.
Fogarty, a Colgate alum, went 90-169-27 as head coach. In 2018, he guided Princeton to the ECAC Championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament.
There was no word on whether or not assistant coaches were staying on. The school said in a statement a national search will begin immediately.
Princeton becomes the fourth head coaching job open this cycle, joining Lindenwood, Bowling Green, and Stonehill.
