NPI Tracker: There's a new No. 1 in town
Plus: Hockey East is massing troops at the NPI border, and Northeastern uploaded the Matthews Arena ceremony
Dartmouth’s overtime loss to New Hampshire on Sunday afternoon opened the door for Michigan to leap the Big Green in the NPI, with the Wolverines moving into the No. 1 spot in the country this week.
Also in issue No. 618:
— Hockey East is massing at the NPI border. Are they ready to invade? That answer will largely be determined by how the league’s teams perform in conference play.
— We look at the inter-conference records of each conference.
— This week’s bracket projection requires a bit of shuffling.
— There’s still some volatility in the NPI, with single games capable of producing sharp swings, but the overall picture has remained fairly steady over the last four weeks.
