Breaking down the Top '09 players eligible for college hockey recruitment on August 1

Friday marks a major milestone on the college hockey recruiting calendar. Starting August 1, players entering their junior year of high school can begin making verbal commitments to NCAA programs.

Maryville, which we wrote about last month eyeing Division I hockey in the next 2-3 years, is going to play at least two D-I opponents this upcoming season.
