(#335) Week 3 Preview: North Dakota and Minnesota renew rivalry

In today’s issue, I preview my Games of the Week and make a couple of DraftKings picks. There’s not a lot on the board tonight that I like, to be honest.

I preview three big matchups this weekend, including:

• Minnesota vs. North Dakota

• Boston University vs. Notre Dame

• Denver’s trip to Providence and Boston College

As part of the BU-ND preview, there is much to figure out with the Terriers. Former BU head coach Jack Parker joined the BU radio broadcast last weekend and pointed out some issues.

St. Lawrence equipment manager Bill Bascom recently lost his home in a fire. Members of the Canton community have set up a GoFundMe to help with the costs associated with rebuilding his home. Here is a link to the campaign, if you are interested in making a contribution. 

I plan to return later today with a full look at the Bowling Green hazing report. I’ve dug into it but wanted to wait to provide an analysis until I was able to read the entire report in detail. I shared some thoughts in our mailbag podcast last night. I’ll have a more complete breakdown of the report hopefully later today. I wanted to make sure the weekend preview got up in plenty of time.
