(#321) Hazing investigation ongoing at Bowling Green, Ty Eigner placed on leave
News broke today that Bowling Green head coach Ty Eigner has been placed on administrative leave, and three players have been suspended following an alleged hazing incident that occurred off-campus. In response, preseason CCHA Player of the Year, Austen Swankler, has entered the transfer portal.
I preview teams 49-47 in my national preseason rankings in this issue. Teams highlighted today include Miami, Yale, and Princeton.
Also, Dartmouth men’s basketball players are attempting to unionize. That’s not a college hockey story, per se, but it’s a college athletics story worth following.
