(#258) Northeastern wins the Beanpot ... in a shootout?

The top story in today’s issue (#258) is Northeastern winning its fourth Beanpot championship in five seasons. But, the game had to be decided in a shootout. Should tournaments — especially historical ones like the Beanpot — be able to play continuous overtime?

Using KRACH ratings as a predictor, it looks like the favorites to win regular-season championships include Minnesota (B10), Minnesota State (CCHA - the only currently flip), Denver (NCHC), Boston University (HEA), Quinnipiac (ECAC), and RIT (Atlantic Hockey). Some of those teams have sizeable leads. But, we project a final standings order for every league in this issue.
