Big Ten

Michigan State 5, Penn State 4 (OT): Charlie Stramel completed a hat trick in overtime to lift the Spartans to a sweep and an outdoor win at Beaver Stadium.

Stramel finished the afternoon with four points (3g, 1a), while Daniel Russell chipped in with a goal and three assists. Porter Martone assisted on three goals, and Aiden Fink scored twice for Penn State.

Michigan 3, Ohio State 2 (OT): The Buckeyes erased a late deficit with two goals to force overtime, but Nick Moldenhauer scored the winner — his second of the game — to send the Wolverines home with the extra point. Stephen Peck turned aside 32 shots in the win.

Minnesota 8, Wisconsin 4: The Gophers completed a weekend sweep of the Badgers and extended Wisconsin’s losing streak to six games. Wisconsin, which was ranked as high as No. 3 in the NPI just weeks ago, is now clinging to one of the final at-large spots at No. 14.
