Is there a middle ground between on-campus and neutral-site regionals? (#553)
Plus, a full transfer portal update, including 11 commitments, notable entries, and notes on a potential UND goalie, RPI interviews, and Jacob Fowler
Last weekend’s regionals again sparked debate about neutral sites vs. on-campus sites.
I don’t believe a regional structure with exclusive on-campus sites is a good idea for college hockey (I’ll explain inside this issue). However, is there room for some on-campus components of the tournament?
Also in today’s issue (#553):
A full transfer portal update, with 11 commitments and a slew of new entries. Some of the top names available have committed.
Notes on a potential goaltender for UND out of the transfer portal.
RPI is bringing candidates to campus this week.
Jacob Fowler’s future is still TBD while his camp works out details with the Montreal Canadiens.
