Michigan State 6, Penn State 3: Anthony Romani’s hat trick powered the Spartans to a Big Ten win in a game that veered into chaos at times, featuring 79 penalty minutes and three game misconducts. That included a cross-checking major and misconduct assessed to Gavin McKenna.
