(#425) NCAA permanently implements transfer and NIL changes
Today’s newsletter has updates from the NCAA Division I Council, which unanimously approved new NIL and transfer rules today.
The changes still need to be ratified by the D-I Board of Governors, but that’s usually a rubber stamp.

Plus, what David Carle said about potentially heading to the NHL and a mailbag.
I’ll have a more comprehensive portal update tomorrow. There were a lot of commitments today and I’m still working on catching up from last week while I was at the Frozen Four. But it’s coming!
