(#386) Lindenwood fires Rick Zombo, Weekend Preview, new arenas for Union, Robert Morris

Lindenwood announced late Thursday that it had fired head coach Rick Zombo after two Division I seasons behind the bench for the Lions. Zombo, 60, had been the head coach of the club program since 2008.

We dive into some details on the move and where Lindenwood's program could go from here.

We preview our games of the week, including a Bemidji State vs. Minnesota State battle for the McNaughton Cup and the three Atlantic Hockey playoff games on tap for Saturday.

Union and Robert Morris both unveiled plans for new arenas. Union's project was approved and will happen. Robert Morris is still in the planning stages, but it looks bright, and renderings were completed.
