(#361) Federal judge files restraining order against NCAA for transfer rule
In today's issue, a federal judge filed a restraining order against the NCAA's transfer rules on Wednesday. Within hours, the NCAA announced that it will abandon those rules moving forward.
Also, Maine defenseman Artyom Duda has been ruled ineligible by the NCAA.
