In today’s issue, I have my weekend reactions from the ECAC, NCHC, and CCHA. The rest of Monday will be spent catching up on video from Hockey East, the Big Ten, and Atlantic Hockey for a reactions column posted tomorrow.

This issue includes thoughts on the following:

  • The crazy North Dakota-Denver series.

  • Duluth snapped its winless skid.

  • Mike Schafer wasn’t happy after Cornell lost to Colgate.

  • Dartmouth keeps earning points.

  • The CCHA has an NCAA bid problem.

  • Bowling Green split with Michigan Tech

Starting this week, we’ll also track the number of bids each team has for the NCAA Tournament. Hockey East currently leads the way with six bids, and there are three one-bid leagues. The team is dominated by Hockey East, the NCHC, and the Big Ten.
