Is NCAA hockey coming to Canada? If Simon Fraser University has its way, it'll be the first Canadian university to have an NCAA team in the near future.
How will it get there? What's the budget? We dive into some of the details in this issue. It sounds like SFU will have to be a self-sustaining program, meaning they will need to support themselves through donations and sponsorships. That won't be easy, but it's also not impossible, as Alaska-Anchorage and Robert Morris are proving right now.
