(#149) Alaska punished for violations, Michigan State coaching shakeup, top goalie enters the portal, and more

Today’s issue (#149) includes Michigan State shaking up its coaching staff with the reported firing of assistant coach Joe Exter. Also, Alaska is in trouble with the NCAA for violations pertaining to recruiting. As a result, Alaska coach Erik Largen will sit out a game next season and two seasons of wins were forfeited. There’s chatter about some coaching situations in the ECAC, there are more portal entries, including a top goalie out of the ECAC, I react to the bracket and also have the latest commitments.
