In today’s edition of the newsletter (#127), I have my first NCAA Tournament bracket projection of the season. It’s an interesting field this week, with so few Eastern teams and especially so few Eastern teams at the top of the bracket. Also, Union and RIT can award scholarships in hockey after an NCAA vote this past weekend, and a mailbag question related to the Pairwise.
